* You decide how many hours you have in your plan. During the free consultation, our consultant will guide you on an appropriate plan based on your requirements, but ultimately, it’s up to you!

Key Terms of the Free Support Offer

We’ve kept the offer terms simple — no hidden catches, just a straightforward way to experience our HR service at no cost for the remainder of 2025.

Who can take up the offer?

Any business, whether new to LighterHR, currently using our PAYG HR support, or indeed a client who previously enjoyed our retained support, can take up this offer.

What do we need to commit to?

You commit to a retained HR package for January, February and March 2026. From 28 February 2026, the service becomes a rolling monthly agreement with one month’s notice.

What do we get for free?

You receive the same HR service and hours you choose for your retained plan, free for November and December 2025. If you join mid-month, you receive a pro-rata allowance of hours for that month.

As an example, if you join on 15 Nov with an 8 hr consultant / 8 hr admin plan, you’ll get 4 / 4 hrs in Nov and 8 / 8 hrs in Dec, all free. 

When do we start paying?

Your first paid month is January 2026. Regular monthly fees apply from that point.

Are there any exclusions?

You can use your support hours for any HR activities you wish.

What happens if we cancel early?

If the Jan–Mar commitment isn’t completed, the free months (Nov–Dec) are charged at your standard retained rate.
