The setup process is really simple:
- We’ll review and agree the processes and the service levels with you (if there’s work required on redefining the process, that’s seperate and chargeable);
- We’ll then setup the practical elements such as the communication channels (email addresses and phone numbers) for managers and employees to contact us;
- That’s it. We can then start delivering your processes.
No Contractual Tie-In
Our HR Outsourcing service has no contractual tie-in; we want you to work with us because you feel you get a great service and you want to work with us, not because you signed a long contract and are stuck with us!
The cost of HR Outsourcing is dependent on the estimated volume of work and the processes to be followed.
The service cost is either based on a fixed cost per month or charged on a per hour basis.
