HR On-Demand provides your organisation with support to tackle specific issues when you need it. It can be called upon in all manner of situations and covers all areas of HR.

It could be that all you need is some documentation and remote support to guide you through the process. Alternatively, you may feel more comfortable working face-to-face and having an HR professional with you every step of the way.

After initial contact, and depending on the circumstances and your requirements, you will either be visited or have a telephone conversation with a member of our team. They will talk with you about the situation and gather all the pertinent facts. The consultant will then advise you of the options available from Lighter HR Solutions for dealing with your specific needs and an estimate of the associated costs.

The most important thing for us is that we come up with a solution that gets you to where you want to be.

We aren’t about adding drama or over complicating things. It’s about coming up with a logical plan that works for your business and then getting the job done.

Service Key Features

  • Access to an HR professional who can talk you through what you need to do to solve the problem you have.
  • No contractual tie-in.  We'll work with you to achieve your objective and then we go away until you need us again.
  • You pay for what you use and nothing more.


Our services are:

  • £105 per hour for offsite support (phone and email)
  • £135 per hour for onsite work

We'll speak with you to understand the situation you are looking to manage and the amount of help you need. We'll then give you an estimate of the number of hours we expect the matter to take.

Of course, it's always difficult to be completely accurate as you never know what's going to happen when people are involved. We will agree any work before it is performed and keep you updated on the costs as they accrue.

Note: For new clients, we may request a percentage of the fees up front.
